What services &/or products are offered by your company?

We created a line of galactogogue rich crackers, snack bars and cookies that are designed to help boost milk production through nutrition.

Tell me how you got into this line of work? 

Bad Ass Momma, B.A.M! for short, began because of a friend in need.

A nursing momma with a sick child, worn out and struggling she needed a little help. I was there to hold her hand through it and do what I do best: keep her fed. By keeping her fed I helped her do what she does best: take care of her family.

As the founder and a pastry chef I worked with one Momma, then many Mommas to create a line of products that can appeal to all tastes and nutritional needs. What started as a loving gesture for one has turned into a way to help many more Mommas.

How does your business differ from your competitors?  

B.A.M! is different from competitors because we took so many things int consideration when crafting our recipes. Our ingredient lists are simple but cater to every Momma's individual needs.
We offer items that are free from soy, wheat, egg, fenugreek.
We have options that are vegan and all items are made with the lowest glycemic index sugar available and are low in sodium.
We put tons of thought into how to best provide help for EVERY Momma's needs.

You're a new addition to the crayon box, what color would you be and why? 

Purple Passion, because we LOVE what we're doing. It makes us all arm and fuzzy inside.

If you were on an island and could only bring three things, what would you bring? 

Coconut oil, coffee and a king sized sheet set.

What three things do you need to be successful in this business?

 Coffee, a true passion for supporting all means of mothering, ingenuity in recipe formulation to continue to create tasty items to offer diversity of flavor to mothers.

What goals do you have for the future of your business? 

We would love to see our product on store shelves and in doctor's offices.

Our biggest goal is to build a brand strong enough to draw donations that could help place our product in the hands of less fortunate and/or less informed Mommas for free. We would love to be part of an education program that teaches new mothers how to best utilize all of the ways they can help their babies grow and be healthy.
